dee vah.

{me being a diva at utah lake.}
diva:
[dee-vah]
-noun.
female version of a hustler.

my blog, or my goal as a blogger, is positive.  who wants to read about how sad and depressed i am?  not i.  but, since i am a diva...okay not really but i do love beyonce with all of my heart so i can call myself that on occasion...i am licensed to have a blog post with a negative flavor here and there.  today's negative flavor:  what i love and what i don't love.

starting with the love...
  • ripping a piece of paper out of a notebook perfectly on the perforated line.
  • opening a book to the exact right page.
  • saying no when a waiter asks if pepsi is okay instead of coke.
  • finding mistakes in movies/tv shows {i.e. one scene the actor is holding a cup and the next scene is not.}
  • making up songs and getting those made up songs stuck in other's heads.
  • public places that still sport the pay phone.
  • this list, which inspired my making of this list.  still laughing about it.
  • any and everyone that was at the sufjan stevens' concert last monday.  wasn't that a life changing show?
  • the fact that i understand the difference between saying sufjan stevens' and sufjan stevens's.
  • remembering that courtney will be home when all the snow starts melting.
and ending with not love...
  • looking at the screen while typing and realizing that you can't type without looking at the keyboard.
  • drinking from the same place on a cup.
  • changing facebook relationships.  mostly in general but especially people who break up and make up 30 times a day or who aren't really engaged {no offence mikey and hannah}.  so confusing.
  • constant annoying noises.  like the guy sitting next to me who is trying his hardest to whistle.  but can't. still. after hours of trying.
  • when people say "fustrating" instead of "frustrating".
  • this still really bothers me.
  • people who say they don't watch a lot of tv.  liars.
  • people who don't laugh at jokes {particularly mine} but say "that's funny."
  • cold butter.
  • typing wikipedia.com instead of wikipedia.org.  gets me every time.

This appears to be a commentary on something that you may have read online.

But I could be wrong. :)
