don't write me out just yet.

{3D glasses=prime costume.  creativity!
 notice our latest addition, shaylynn in the green.
our little freshman baby to protect and teach.}
i am such a sensitive person.
translation:  i feel bad for holidays.
translation of translation:  i feel bad for thanksgiving.
we, the human race, have this habit of loving halloween and loving christmas.  two very great, lovable holidays, obvs.  but what about thanksgiving!  {poor holiday.}
i think i know why we forget about thanksgiving.
halloween:  costumes, candy...free candy, pumpkin smells, jack o lanterns, scary movies, craziness.
christmas:  family, phone calls from missionary, giving, christmas trees and lights and cards, presents, snow, songs.
thanksgiving:  food.
a bit uneven, no?
you know i love christmas.  remember when i started my christmas list in, like, june?  yeah.  love it.  but i vow to not listen to christmas music or talk about christmas until i have fully anticipated and given all of my love to thanksgiving.
you can thank me later, thanksgiving.

couldn't agree with you more.
I hate when people think about christmas before Thanksgiving.
although understandable,
I just hate it.

please! whoever makes thanksgiving time sound superior to christmas, should be ashamed!
thanksgiving is a time to thank and give, all at the same time....anyways (that was kind of a bad line, i wasn't sure where i was going with that) i like thanksgiving for the following reasons.
-black friday. brilliant idea!..but that kind of ties into christmas so maybe it shouldn't be on this list.
-you get a whole week of off just to eat and thank things and people
-turkey makes you tired, just a fun fact i learn from thanksgiving every year
-leftovers
-getting together with family
-stuffing, so good
