another sun soaked season fades away.

{me and summer--the season, not a person.}

i cannot believe i am writing another "good times in the sun" list.  but with summer over, it just brings me one more season closer to the return of sister wightman!!  so here we go...

• discovering strawberries/sour cream/brown sugar.
• spontaneous trips to st. george.
• planned trips to st. george.
• realizing that "beer can" in jamaican is the same as "bacon" in english.
• many farewells {someday those will be homecomings and i love those even more.}
• getting over the "hump".
• loving so you think you can dance.
• going to the king's english with mama and all of our other little adventures.
• digging through d.i. and finding goodies.
• spending lots of time with my sweet grandparents and being able to serve them.
• the weekend of taylorsville dayzz and the art's festival almost made me overdose on love.
• toy story 3.  and despicable me.  and inception. 
• my little nuggets at the daycare.  i wish it wasn't illegal so show pictures of them.  you'd die from their cute-ness.
• scavenger hunting with my creative little friends.
• pretending to not be afraid of celebrity ghost stories with dad.

summer.  good times.  but next summer, when sister wightman gets to be called courtney again, that will be even better times.  can't wait.  uvu...here i come, again.
