my life in the sand box.

{me and my little friends.}

the number one thing that i have learned this summer is how crazy fun sandboxes are. true, they are easily the most unsanitary place on the planet and you get sand in places you'd rather be sand-free, but still.  i have spent a majority of my summer in this very sandbox,
building towers,
digging holes,
and i even taught my little 2 year old babies big kids how to make and decorate sand cupcakes.
talented little monsters.
and they have taught me some new lessons.
for example:
i can't remember the last time i said a sentence without adding an "ie" on the end of at least one word{ie}.
also i have caught myself using day care methods at home.
i tell my mom that if she "puts her pee pee in the potty" then she can get a sticker.
i tell my friends that our "feet are for the floor not for kicking."
i tell my family that "it's fun to share with our friends."
i caught myself signing my name "miss paige" once or maybe twice.
and i have a new appreciation for dr. suess.

i like my job.
and i think i might buy myself a sandbox.

p.s. happy 200th post!
